Back then, the Pak brothers purchased this piece of land, which was as long as the length of two streets. After ten years of construction, the Pak Mansion was finally completed, and it also became one of the landmarks within this concession area.

This is a building with a strong French style. Standing downstairs, one can feel the rich French charm, making it an excellent place for taking photos. It is somewhat similar to the Wukang Building in Shanghai. All the exterior walls of the Pak Mansion are made of red bricks and stones. At the top floor of the building, there is a design of a white ancient castle tower top. Each window features an arched design. The red walls and the snow-white railings add more luster to this building.

Wangde Hall was built around 1930. It used to be a Spanish church and is now rented by different merchants. The first floor has been transformed into an art space, namely the "Global Artists Art Museum". There are different exhibition activities held in the museum at different times.

It features a Renaissance style, and there are beautiful Baroque-style carvings on the stone pillars at the entrance. Nowadays, the first floor has been transformed into an art space, and the second floor is the "Yisuo Bookstore", where people can read books, attend sharing sessions, and go to night schools.
