Approaching the outer wall of the art museum, the colorful wall is shocking. These dazzling colorful fragments are collected by teachers and students from waste discarded by various manufacturers.

The overall building of Luo Zhongli Art Museum is designed as an enclosed courtyard. Each building is like a granary with a height of four stories. The facades of all buildings are covered made from graffiti with colorful tiles. Coupled with the bold use of colors, this overwhelming feeling can only be experienced on the site.
