Activities and Festivals

The Mid-Autumn Festival usually takes place in the middle of September and this year's Qingchuan Mid-Autumn Festival Gala will be held in Wuhan. Visitors will soak up the ambiance of characteristic folk music, enjoy the charm of the full-moon evening. Visitors can tour Qingchuan Pavilion, climb to admire the moon, and overlook the Yellow Crane Tower under a bright moon and appreciate the beautiful scenery of the two rivers and the four banks.

Providing delightful scenes for countless visitors to Wuhan, the Yangtze River Bridge, also known as the First Bridge of the Yangtze River, is now considered a scenic highlight. Looking from the Yangtze River Bridge, one will see the magnificent view: up is a full moon shining in the sky; down, the waves of the river reflect the light tenderly, with the endless city skylines flanking both sides of the river.
